The boathouse has a half-bath, bar, ice maker and a tremendous view. The lower level of boathouse has two boat lifts, a deck that can be lowered into water for sitting or swimming and a fish cleaning station. The fresh water has a 20' depth at the end of the deck and a 10' depth close to the bank. The home is only a 35 minute boat ride to the gulf. After a day of fishing in the gulf you can come back to fresh water, raise your boat out of the water, and clean off the saltwater. (If you don't want to cook the fish, Big Daddy's restaurant is right across the river and will cook for you!)
