There is even a natural gas double large pot burner for those shrimp or crawfish boils! The kitchen also features a sink, mini refrigerator, storage and a seated bar with 2 stools. On cooler evenings, the bricked patio space at the front of the lot is the perfect spot to sit with friends around the beautiful stacked stone natural gas fireplace. You may also enjoy this space under the large unilever umbrella. To the West side of the casita, a walk-through breezeway is the perfect spot for parking the included golf cart. A 2018 E-Z-Go golf cart with charger conveys with the lot. To the other side of the breezeway you will find a large 160 sq. ft storage shed.
